People often ask me about Craniosacral Therapy (CST). I am always happy to tell them what I know. I am a Registered Massage Therapist but I started practising Craniosacral Therapy before I became a RMT. This gentle touch therapy changed the shape of my head and the shape of my life. At the age of 34, I was working in the Newspaper Industry and received a Craniosacral Therapy treatment that released a huge flat spot on my head; I had to buy a new bicycle helmet and I decided that I wanted to learn this amazing therapy. With only 5g of pressure, the weight of a nickel, CST works with the body to help release restrictions and increase circulation and mobility. The practitioner’s sensitive hands tap into the body’s parasympathetic nervous system, causing deep relaxation and helping the patient’s body to unwind itself and regain balance. CST can help with many issues in babies, children and adults, including: muscle tension, head shape, digestive issues, snoring, mouth-breathing, tinnitus, vertigo, migraines, overactive nervous systems and much more. Craniosacral Therapy is great for anyone of any age and I highly recommend it! ![]()
