Profile: Due to a devastating illness I contracted in 2000 I ended up going on a healing journey. My 25 year career in the counselling field ended and I spent the next 10 years healing, learning and practicing Energy Medicine in a multitude of forms. In India, over a four year period, I studied Tai Chi/Chi Kung, Reiki, and Ayurveda Yoga Massage. Other training includes Aromatherapy, Dance Therapy, and Belly Dancing. The last few years have been spent working on my certification as an Energy Medicine Practitioner. The certification program was through “Innersource”. This is Donna Eden’s school of Energy Medicine.
I was told by the doctors that I would just have to live with my illness and encouraged to take many pharmaceuticals. I am so grateful that I listened to my inner wisdom and opened to the amazing field of energy medicine. Through dedicated practice of Energy Medicine I have been able to manage some symptoms and even eradicated many other symptoms. I feel so blessed to have entered upon this healing journey and so happy to now be able to support other on their healing journey.
I am now able to offer Energy Medicine treatments, exercise classes, workshops and study groups.

Energy Medicine treatments assesses your various energetic systems, and works to correct imbalances that interfere with optimal health and functioning.
Treatments are designed according to individual needs determined through applied Kinesiology assessments, client information, and intuition. Protocols used are an infusion of many Traditional healing Modalities using techniques from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Shamanism; Chi Kung, Tapping, Acupressure, Lymph Drainage, Ayurveda Yoga Massage, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Aura cleansing, and relaxation and breathing techniques.
Energy Medicine sessions are typically 75 minutes. Simple home care exercises are assigned to help energies stabilize and form new healthy habits. These simple energy exercises, often completed in 5 -15 minutes daily, can be integrated into your daily life for optimal health, and well-being.
